Who’s Who in Your Apartment Complex

by Sr. Editor on September 12, 2008

Keeping an apartment complex running smoothly requires a lot of hard work. As you look at apartments in Tampa Bay, you will want to know who’s who. Each of these employees plays a vital part in keeping your community operating.

Leasing Agent

This person is in a sales role. Their job is to make you fall in love with an apartment and sign a lease. The leasing agent also qualifies you for the apartment through the application process. During your time residing in the community, your leasing agent will be able to answer any questions and guide you to the right employee should you have problems with maintenance or billing. It is in the leasing agent’s best interest to ensure your satisfaction with the apartment so you will be ready to sign again at the end of your lease.
